Peel Tournament

PEEL TOURNAMENT

Tora Judo club had a strong showing at the Peel Judo Tournament in Woodbridge on April 7th . The club had 12 competitors for the day.

A successful day resulted in 8 in the top three. The club had 4 first places, 2 second places and 2 third place finishes.

Deanna Barnes lead the club with two first place finishes in U18 and U21 divisions while Alexia Fiaes took first in her division and Steven Bric and Ryan Concklin-Bric took first in the Nage-no-kata

Second place went to Trenton Achio (U16) and Alexandrea Flores.

Third place finishes went to Chloe Flores and Emil Bosquet.

Others fought well Logan Kinsley, Andrew Rangoo and Christopher Dennis.
