2018 Canadian Nationals

Tora Judo attended the 2018 National Judo Championships in Calgary Alberta.

The tournament attracts over 700 competitors from across Canada. The club had strong performances in all categories.

Ryan Conklin-Bric making his first appearance fought two divisions and placed in both, winning 2nd place in the U18 division and 3rd place in the seniors division. Deana Barnes also fought in two divisions and did very well against some very tough competitors. Sensei Tony and Sensei Heather competed in Kata and did very well.
